Shipping Information

Where does VandaStride deliver?
VandaStride operates exclusively within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, focusing all our logistics and support services solely on the local community.
How long will it take to receive my footwear?
The total delivery timeline for your shoes is 4 business days. The duration starts from the moment you place an order on our online platform.
What is the process for preparing my shipment?
Our team dedicates 2 business days to cautiously select your footwear, perform a quality check, and package the item securely before dispatching them.
How long does the courier take once the shoes are sent?
Following the initial dispatch from our warehouse, our logistics partners require an additional 2 business days to transport the package to your billing address.
Are there any delivery fees I should know about?
We do not apply any hidden charges or shipping costs, ensuring the price you see at the checkout is the final amount you pay during the time of delivery.

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?
VandaStride uses a Cash on Delivery (COD) model for every transaction. This allows you to pay for your new footwear at the time of its arrival.
When do I pay for my order?
You are required to provide the full payment to the courier at your doorstep only when the package is delivered to your location.
Is my billing data secure on your website?
As, we operate using Cash on Delivery, we do not store your credit card or other sensitive payment details on our servers during checkout.
Will I be charged any extra fees at the door?
There is no surprise fees added during the product transit phase. The amount you pay the courier matches the final price displayed on our website.
How do I receive a refund if I paid in cash?
Since we do not have your banking information, we will contact you via email to request details for a full refund via bank transfer process.

Orders and Returns

Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
You may cancel your order as long as the items are in our possession. But, once it is dispatched to logistics, we don’t accept any more cancellations.
What is your return window?
VandaStride offers a total of 30 days to return products. This begins on the specific day your footwear package is delivered to your designated Hong Kong address.
What qualifies for a return?
We accept returns if the product arrived with physical damages, or is an incorrect item, or the size you received is not the right fit.
Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
To maintain a sustainable business model, we do not entertain any returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on customer’s change of mind.
Is there a fee for restocking returned items?
VandaStride does not charge any restocking fees for items that are returned due to damage, incorrect sizing, or shipping errors on our part.
