Order Processing and Logistics
We strive for efficiency in getting your new shoes to your doorstep. Our standard delivery timeline is 4 business days. This period includes 2 business days dedicated to order packaging and dispatch from our facility. Once your package leaves our warehouse and enters the logistics network, the delivery process is completed within the remaining 2 business days.
Cancellation Guidelines
You have the flexibility to cancel your order as long as the items remain in our possession.
However, once the status of your order changes to "dispatched" and the package is handed over to our logistics partners, cancellation is no longer possible. At that stage, the delivery must proceed as scheduled.
Payment Policy
VandaStride utilizes a Cash on Delivery (COD) model for all transactions. We collect the full payment at your doorstep upon the arrival of your package. To ensure transparency, we confirm that there are no hidden charges or additional shipping costs.
The price you see during the checkout process is the final amount you pay to the courier. Because we use COD, we do not store your credit card or sensitive payment details on our servers during the checkout phase.
Data Privacy and the PDPO
Your personal information is handled with absolute respect for your privacy. In compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong, VandaStride collects only the data necessary for fulfilling your order, such as your name, contact number, and delivery address.

Returns and Inspection Process
We offer a 30-day return policy that begins on the day your shoes are delivered. If you receive an item that is damaged, or the incorrect fit or does not match the description of what you ordered, please contact us immediately at contact@vandastride.com.
- Pickup: We will arrange a courier to collect the item from you at no additional cost.
- Inspection: Once the item returns to our facility, our team takes 24 hours to inspect its condition.
- Resolution: If the inspection confirms a fault or error on our part, we will arrange a replacement. In cases where the item is unavailable due to “out of stock” situations or the correct size is not available, or the damage cannot be resolved, we will initiate a full refund.
Refund Procedures
Since our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery, we do not have your banking information on file. If a refund is approved, we will contact you via email to request your bank details.
We process all refunds through bank transfers. Once we initiate the transfer, it typically takes up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on the speed of your banking provider.
Exclusions and Restocking
To maintain a sustainable business model, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on a change of mind. We encourage you to be entirely certain of your selection before finalizing your purchase.
However, we do not charge any fees for restocking items that are returned due to damage or errors on our part.
