VandaStride operates exclusively within Hong Kong. Our logistics network is designed to serve the local community efficiently. By focusing our efforts on this specific region, we maintain a close oversight of our delivery chain and ensure that our footwear reaches you in a timely manner.
We do not offer international shipping, and all transactions are processed in accordance with Hong Kong’s trade and privacy laws.
Delivery Timeline and Packaging
We understand the importance of receiving your shoes promptly. Our standard delivery timeline is 4 business days. This duration is divided into two distinct phases to ensure accuracy and quality:
- Order Packaging and Dispatch: We dedicate 2 business days to prepare your order. During this time, our team selects your shoes, performs a quality check, and packages them securely. Once this process is complete, the item is handed over to our logistics partners.
- Transit and Delivery: Following the dispatch, our delivery partners require an additional 2 business days to transport the package to your specified address.
Our total window from the moment you place an order to the moment it arrives is 4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Cash on Delivery (COD) and Fees
VandaStride utilizes a Cash on Delivery model for all footwear purchases. We collect the full payment at the time of delivery at your doorstep. To ensure a straightforward shopping experience, we do not apply any hidden charges or shipping costs.
The price listed on our website at the time of your order is the final amount you pay to the courier. There is no surprise fees added during the transit or delivery phase.
Order Cancellation and Logistics
You have the flexibility to cancel your order as long as the shoes are still in our possession. However, once the 2-business-days packaging phase is complete and the item is dispatched to our logistics provider, the order cannot be canceled.
At this stage, the delivery must be completed. We ask our customers to be certain of their purchase before the dispatch notification is sent to avoid any logistical complications.
Address Accuracy and Data Privacy
To ensure successful delivery, please provide an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number. In compliance with the PDPO, VandaStride only shares your contact details with our essential logistics partners for the sole purpose of fulfilling your delivery.
We do not use your shipping information for any unauthorized purposes. If our courier is unable to reach you at the provided address, they will attempt to contact you via the phone number provided to reschedule the arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your shoes arrive in a damaged state or if you receive an incorrect item, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. You should contact us at contact@vandastride.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a pickup for the return at no cost to you.
